About the data: the parks come from OpenStreetMap, maintained by volunteers. Most dog areas in Spain have no registered name, and for many it is not recorded whether they are fenced or lit. Where a fact is not recorded, it does not appear here: we would rather leave it out than invent it. Tell us if something is missing.

València has 59 registered dog areas (València / Valencia). 17 of them sit inside larger green spaces such as Parc de la Cultura, Jardí del Túria - Tram VI and Parc de Marxalenes, while the other 42 are street-side sites.
OpenStreetMap records details for 2 of the 59: 2 as fenced and 9 as step-free. Nothing is recorded for the remaining 57 — which does not mean they lack these things, only that nobody has mapped them yet.
