About the data: the parks come from OpenStreetMap, maintained by volunteers. Most dog areas in Spain have no registered name, and for many it is not recorded whether they are fenced or lit. Where a fact is not recorded, it does not appear here: we would rather leave it out than invent it. Tell us if something is missing.

Málaga has 25 registered dog areas. 10 of them sit inside larger green spaces such as Parque de los Ángeles, Parque de Santa Ana and Parque de Huelin, while the other 13 are street-side sites.
OpenStreetMap records details for 24 of the 25: 10 as fenced, 19 with drinking water and 2 with a bare ground surface. Nothing is recorded for the remaining 1 — which does not mean they lack these things, only that nobody has mapped them yet.
