About the data: the parks come from OpenStreetMap, maintained by volunteers. Most dog areas in Spain have no registered name, and for many it is not recorded whether they are fenced or lit. Where a fact is not recorded, it does not appear here: we would rather leave it out than invent it. Tell us if something is missing.

Madrid has 156 registered dog areas (Comunidad de Madrid). 73 of them sit inside larger green spaces such as Parque Darwin, Parque Agustín Rodríguez Sahagún and Parque de Las Cruces, while the other 81 are street-side sites.
OpenStreetMap records details for 21 of the 156: 20 as fenced, 1 as lit, 14 as step-free and 2 with a sand surface. Nothing is recorded for the remaining 135 — which does not mean they lack these things, only that nobody has mapped them yet.
